It is easier for them to live and work in the UK now. Even though the Nordic countries have historically welcomed them during berry season, we have then promptly escorted them back to their corner of the world or slapped them in prison. Now rather than work in one place for a limited time and having sneak back into a non-EU country like Norway, they can live and work in one place under the EU rules - and do so with their families in tow. Why do I have trouble being 'just friends' with boys?

For some reason I'm really bad at having platonic friendships with guys. How to put baby to bed without feeding her?

My daughter is 14 month old and only weights 7KG. She's born at 2.76KG and not a preemie. She's malnutritioned 'cause she eats very little of solid and does not drink any liquid other than me feeding her directly. She doesn't know how to use a sippy cup or bottle but she knows how to use a cup with the straw. But doesn't matter what I put in the cup, she may have 1-2 sips and then push it away (even with my milk in it). she shows no interest in drinking at all and she doesn't seem to love to eat. The pediatrician said I have to stop feeding her so she'll learn to drink and eat. I tried to wearn her but failed. 'cause every night before she goes to sleep, she drinks from me and falls asleep with it. I believe she's using my nipple as pacifier but she's also hungry and thirsty 'cause she doesn't drink anything else. So at the bedtime she'll crawl to me, pull of my shirt and looking for . What should I do right now to stop this? Doctor said if I don't stop feeding, she'll never learn how to drink other liquid...I am so frustrated about her eating problem.

Is this a wiring problem with my '92 Chevrolet Cavalier? Or just random small problems?

My 1992 Chevrolet Cavalier has been having random intermittent problems .. I stopped using it when we got a new car, but I'm going back to college and had to put it back on the road. When I had stopped using it, the horn had stopped working - it would occasionally beep if you pushed it, but most of the time it would just click. The fuse is fine, so I figured it was either a faulty horn or bad wiring. Now, the brake light won't turn off unless I pull the fuse. It's not stuck at the pedal; the pedal travels correctly and it pushes the on in as it should. Could there be any correlation between the two problems, like a wiring harness problem, or is it likely that there are two separate electrical-oriented problems? I could try to replace the sensor at the brake pedal and try and fix the horn, but I don't want to spend the time and money if it's going to be a widespread electrical problem.. Any input is appreciated!

Desktop computer won't start?

I just installed a new motherboard Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P and a intel I3 530 processor with Corsair Xms3 DDR3 ram. I have read the instructions 3 times and followed them to the letter and I can't get the computer to start, It will start up for a few seconds and very slowly turn the cpu fan and then shut off. I don't get any beeps and no video on the screen either. The manual says that i need a minimum of a 500 watt power supply, and that's what i'm using. Can the power supply be causing this?, it's only 8 months old and it's a Anetec Earthwatts 500watt. As far as the power connections go i installed the ATX 24 pin and 8 pin connectors and even tried a different cpu fan with no difference.

It all depends on what school you are applying to. Each school has different academic standards/funds for scholarship. If it is a really prestigious school, it may be very hard to get one of the 6 spots, no matter how good your credentials are. Electrical switch for porch light only works when nearby receptacle is in use.?

have a switch plate with 2 switches by my front door, a switch for the porch light and a switch for the entryway chandelier (the chandelier also has a second switch at the top of the stairs). Around the corner from the switches is a wall socket. Neither the porch light or chandelier work, unless something is plugged into the wall socket. This problem is intermitant over the long term meaning, the lights will work fine for a month or 2 and then have the problem a similar time. I tested the wall socket with plug-in tester and it shows correct wiring. I will also note, 2 seasons ago a bird built a nest in and around the porch light socket with some nest fibers getting into the bulb screws hole. This was the first occourance of the problem. When I cleaned out the nest, everything worked fine for a while and then the problem started again. The porch socket looks clean and work fine so long as there is something plugged into the inside socket. What could be causing this problem?

Why is Dallas a Knock-Off of Houston?

I live in Houston, and last week we went to Dallas for the first time last week. The first Place we went to was The Galleria. is just so tacky, old, empty and ugly! In Houston, The Galleria is luxurious, cly, and elegant, and always would see cars like Bentley's, Lamborghini's, Ferrari's etc, but at The Galleria in Dallas its just like a knock off Houston Galleria! The second place we went to was The Zoo. My friends told me the Zoo is awesome! But now that Houston expanded they Zoo that's now 85 acres bigger, Dallas Zoo is just boring! Then we went to Gvine Mills, and all I have to say is that's just a knock-off to Katy Mills! The Six Flags over Dallas is an Knock-off of Astro world! But Houston is building a new amusement park and I hope Dallas don't try to copy that. And then we went to Prosper, TX (Outside of Dallas) and saw Deion Sanders house, and they have a house AND city just like that in Houston (Cypress, TX) but Cypress is more cleaner and newer. Can you do Atkins Fat Fast with more calories but same food?

I have tried induction for several weeks, writing everything down and have lost nothing on Atkins. I do have a thyroid problem but am taking meds. Cannot go off birth control pills because I am not taking them for contraception but because my period never stops (unless I am on them). If not on any plan, can gain 3 pounds a week. So I do have an uphill metabolism battle. My question is only for Atkins followers who have tried the Fat Fast. I apologize in advance for posting this but, I want opinions. I have a dr's appointment in a week and a half and the anticipation is killing me! I have been TTC since October i had my period in october and november. However, in December I had a death in my family and skipped my period, I thought it was probably due to stress. I took a hpt anyways just to be sure, it said negative. So I thought I'd wait until January and see if it came and obviously it didn't. Will you guys let me know if you've had these symptoms? Missed period (obviously), slight nausea but not really bad or vomiting, and when I press on my or lean again something or hug someone they feel really sore, but my haven't really changed that much in feeling...they have a few little bumps around the areola though, also when pressure is applied to my s (they're a triple d sry if that's tmi) they feel hard near the back of the . Has anyone had these signs of early pregnancy? If so, how early did they occur? Sorry for asking but the anticipation is bugging me really bad! Thanks everyone!

windows will always want to use the pagefile...even if you set it to 0...it is needed to operate. When it is small like that and you have plenty of ram, it doesn't affect performance. Just set it to the "windows decides" option and let it take care of itself.

How should my skates feel when i get them sharpened?

I got my skates sharpened for the first time today, and it was so wierd. Like at the beginning of the session i was practicing my waltz jump, crossovers, spinning, etc and doing really well. But after I got them sharpened it felt like they were like, sticking into the ice and not gliding over it. I could barely do a snowplow stop, and my spins were like 5 revolutions less than usual. Help, serious guy problem?

Ok, so this might get weird, but im tripping out, and have no idea what to do. so i work out daily, i have for the past 6 months. i never ever do to much weight, and i have good technique. well one day after working out, when i waws in bed, i started to have a growing pain in my (get ready for awkwardness) testes and that area like right below your belly on, lower stomach i guess? so this happened thuesday night last week. i though it would go away so i left it alone until thursday, and the pain just kept growing. i thought i got a hernia so i went to a urgent care, and the doctor said he thought it was, but hasnt ever fixed one, and didnt want to injure me, so sent me to the ER. i got their, and the doctor their looked me over,and said he didnt think i had one. i did a ultrasound and a xray, and a urine test, but they didnt see anything, so he gave me vicodin, and said if monday im still in pain see a neurologist. well they sapped me of all my money, im litterally broke and have been eating of friends and don get payed till friday, and im in the most pain ive been in my whole life. i dont know what to do. i cant pay the 90$ copay for a neurologist and then however much moreif he has to do test. but i also dont want it to be something weird, the doctor said it deffinetly wasnt a hernia, and doesn't know what it is, he said that hes never seen it before. im so worried, and none of my male friends have any advice, can someone please help me, if you could e-mail me to so i can go more indepth that be great, im on my hands and knees begging for advice, o wait i cant be cause i can barely stand..thank you..
