How to put baby to bed without feeding her?

My daughter is 14 month old and only weights 7KG. She's born at 2.76KG and not a preemie. She's malnutritioned 'cause she eats very little of solid and does not drink any liquid other than me feeding her directly. She doesn't know how to use a sippy cup or bottle but she knows how to use a cup with the straw. But doesn't matter what I put in the cup, she may have 1-2 sips and then push it away (even with my milk in it). she shows no interest in drinking at all and she doesn't seem to love to eat. The pediatrician said I have to stop feeding her so she'll learn to drink and eat. I tried to wearn her but failed. 'cause every night before she goes to sleep, she drinks from me and falls asleep with it. I believe she's using my nipple as pacifier but she's also hungry and thirsty 'cause she doesn't drink anything else. So at the bedtime she'll crawl to me, pull of my shirt and looking for . What should I do right now to stop this? Doctor said if I don't stop feeding, she'll never learn how to drink other liquid...I am so frustrated about her eating problem.
