personally I'd probably say he likes you, I'm a guy. And giving out your home number is something you wouldn't do unless you liked the person, because if you don't like them, they might ring every 5 minutes (this happened to me), and I really hated them after that. But I didn't like the girl when I gave my home phone number, just play it cool and don't over do it too much and you'll find out. But at the same time don't totally back off. :]
