Honda radio wont work?

I have the SN and I got the 5 digit code from Honda but the code isnt working. Ive called Honda several times and they keep giving me the same code and I keep getting an err message on the radio. I have the correct sn. Any suggestions why the code isnt working. I have a 2004 Honda Oddyssy. with res.
