I'm officially losing my mind... over some guy!!!?

Sweety, it's all a part of being young. I am sure he likes you, but just like any other guy his age (and even some older ones), he is confused. And so are you. If you like him so much, then ask him out. And quit worrying about it. Also, try to focus on your schoolwork. I know that he seems more important, but he really isn't.
