How to be in a Facebook relationship with my right hand?

Just as a joke, I was wondering how I could be in a Facebook relationship with say, "His Right Hand" or "Rosie Palm" The problem i'm facing is that unless all my friends are friends with one of the two, they only see that I'm in a relationship, I want it to say with who. Any help is greatly appreciated!
