Is he it a good idea for me to talk to him?

so i date this guy.... kinda. See i met him threw my cousin, and we dated and were going to meet in person in a week. He told me he loved me and said really sweet things to me. Then later on he asked for nude pictures of me, i gave him some and he gave me some. I went to school and was called down to the main office and was asked questions about him by a state trooper. They said i shoudl not talk to him because i could be charged with a felany and arrested. my questin is, they might let me talk to him, but is it a good idea? what should i do.... ohhhhh and my friends hate him pretty much. what do i do????? plus he keeps sending texts that say baby i miss you, i love you, etc, and i'm not responding because i was told not to. help!!!! thanks!!!
