What chemical can neutralize potium permanganate, work in a Daniel cell and produce a foamy reaction?
I've been asked to preach the gospel to a group of natural science freshmen at our university. I thought of doing what I've termed the "Chemical Gospel' it's a kind of chemistry demonstration where the 1st reaction is a redox rxn with purple KMnO4, the 2nd a Daniel cell and the 3rd a reaction that produces a foamy product that can overflow in a beaker or flask. The catch is that the chemical should be the same in all 3 reactions since it is supposed to represent Jesus and how He 1. Washes your sins 2. Is the light of the world and 3. Fills your heart til it overflows. Hope someone can help.
