Is it wrong to hook up because you wanted someone for valentines- woes?

Today, I hooked up with this girl. She told me that she just got dumped so we got drunk and I ended up eating her out. Afterward, I felt bad because I took advantange of her. She was vulnerable and I was lonely because I didn't have a valentine. Is it wrong that I don't call her again? What should I do?
