If she really loves you, you don't need to do anything. It is her decision. You haven't given any indication as to how they met, if they are friends, what the cirstances are. She needs to make a declaration. It's not up to you. For whatever it is worth, you probably will meet other women in college. Guaranteed. This other guy sounds like a nutcase.
