Watch this doentary. It's uploaded in parts on youtube, it's about gay and straight christians who've learnt to overcome their own phobia and the phobic attitudes around them. It'll really open your eyes. Remember that the people who wrote the bible didn't understand what caused ity, in fact there wasn't even a word synonymous for "ual" back then.
