Please Answer. Why have Polish and Eastern Europeans become so widespread in the UK?

It is easier for them to live and work in the UK now. Even though the Nordic countries have historically welcomed them during berry season, we have then promptly escorted them back to their corner of the world or slapped them in prison. Poland is to Norway as Mexico is to California in a lot of ways. Now rather than work in one place for a limited time and having sneak back into a non-EU country like Norway, they can live and work in one place under the EU rules - and do so with their families in tow. It's a much better life, I'm sure. Considering how many of the Eastern Europeans and the Polish in general found Norwegian prisons to be better than returning home, the UK must seem like paradise. I don't blame them one bit, either. It's simple human nature to go to where the resources are located. It's a survival issue. If they can do so legally, they will. Wouldn't you if the situation was reversed?
