What should I do? 10 points?

I love cats a lot and I am desparate to get another one. I already have an old blighter who annoys the crap out of me, and I want another cat who is more friendly and snuggly... since this one was plucked off the streets he has always been a bit aloof for my liking... I like animals who love snuggles. My dad totally agrees and is perfectly fine with it as long as I pay expenses... but I don't think my mom will agree since she wants another dog. I think my mom MIGHT settle for a really cute kitten.. and I really want another cat... what do I do?
