I have strep throat today's day 2?

i left work early yesterday to get meds for the strep went home chilling and around 9-10 o'clock my skin on my hands arm pits legs and feet were wicked sensitive kinda itchy and just hurts really bad.. could this be from the amoxicillin they gave me or could it be scarlet fever???
