Why is Dallas a Knock-Off of Houston?

I live in Houston, and last week we went to Dallas for the first time last week. The first Place we went to was The Galleria. is just so tacky, old, empty and ugly! In Houston, The Galleria is luxurious, cly, and elegant, and always would see cars like Bentley's, Lamborghini's, Ferrari's etc, but at The Galleria in Dallas its just like a knock off Houston Galleria! The second place we went to was The Zoo. My friends told me the Zoo is awesome! But now that Houston expanded they Zoo that's now 85 acres bigger, Dallas Zoo is just boring! Then we went to Gvine Mills, and all I have to say is that's just a knock-off to Katy Mills! The Six Flags over Dallas is an Knock-off of Astro world! But Houston is building a new amusement park and I hope Dallas don't try to copy that. And then we went to Prosper, TX (Outside of Dallas) and saw Deion Sanders house, and they have a house AND city just like that in Houston (Cypress, TX) but Cypress is more cleaner and newer. Like come on Dallas, stop trying to be Houston!!! ONLY thing I liked about Dallas was the cowboys stadium.
