Coughing up phlegm itchy throat, no other symptoms?

For the past week or so I have had a chronic cough, sometimes with phlegm...I haven't felt sick AT ALL. Sometimes my glands are a little swollen, thats it...I don't think its bronchitis because I don't have any breathing problems or feel anything in my chest....what could this be? and my throats not sore, its just itchy/dry
