Read the directions that come in the box, and the really important thing that noone told me is this : when inserting the tampon, aim it towards the small of your back, not straight up (towards your brain lol) OR straight back (towards your ). This will make it sooo much easier to put in. you use a really small tampon the same way you use a really big one, you just ease it in.
