Need help with projectile motion?

William Tell must split the apple on his sons head from a distance of 30 m. When he aims directly at the apple , the arrow is horizontal. At what angle mist he aim it to hit the apple if the arrow travels at a speed of 35 m/s? The answer is 6.9 degrees. Please explain ur answer. thanks in advance!!
